Nuts and seeds. I'm not a vegetarian but am currently exploring eating raw food. Take a look at Young & Raw, they advocate a high raw plant based diet. Nuts, seeds, and some leafy greens make up for the protein lost from animal meat. http://www.youngandraw.com/top-10-plant-based-protein-sources/
