I find it difficult to measure myself. I'm droopy so everytime I measure it is different. For right now, the scale is decreasing and my clothes fitting and the way I feel is my success.

take the time to set the table, and sit at it to slowly eat your meal. eat smaller meals more often. don't eat after dinner. It is ok to feel hungry. don't eat until it is time for your next meal.
