My chronic pain from fibromyalgia has lessened considerably!! My self-confidence is way up. I can wear jeans now!! I look forward to getting out of the house instead of mostly hiding in the house. There are oh so many more changes.

I love these ideas.

Congratulations to you!!! I'm well on my way. I bought about $75 worth of tanks and maxi skirts. :D I don't think I'll ever wear shorts with these wrinkly legs though. >:)

Now that I can wear new styles of shirts I also have to have new styles of bras to pull them off! Kind of annoying because bra's are so expensive. >:) Plus, trying to figure out what style bra is needed to make it work is a real pain when you have no clue.

This morning when I was showering I did a double-take at how much smaller my shoulder looked. My second NSV... for kicks I tried on some clothes when I was at Walmart this afternoon. I actually fit in their clothes now. It's silly but I truly wanted to cry in the changing room. I started out at 400 lbs and for the first…

I am so sorry for your loss. *hug* Losing a pet is traumatic. My cat and dog are my children. They were the only thing that kept me going when my Husband passed suddenly. They say time heals all wounds. That's not true. The pain will never go away, but when you are ready your heart will start to remember the moments filled…

1 - People who tailgate. I once had a new cop tailgate me for miles everytime I came home at midnight from work. He literally caused me start having panic attacks. It got so bad I finally had to go down to the police station and file a complaint. 2 - People who tailgate you for miles when your cruise control is on and then…

I have fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthrosis and also use Leslie Sansone exercise DVD's. Walking indoors on the thick rug is so much easier on my feet and knees than walking on the asphalt road. I started out with her DVD that had the 1 mile (20 Mins) and 2 mile (30 Mins) walks. It's actually not just…

I lived on Diet Coke and Crystal Light Iced Tea for 3/4 of my life. It was all I ever drank. Through trial and error I realized the aspartame in both were severely aggravating my fibromyalgia. I still need a D Coke on occasion because nothing else can replace the taste for me, but since I (mostly) removed aspartame my…

You look fantastic!!

This is roughly what happened to me too. When I started losing at 400 lbs I was swimming in the A/B cup bras. I couldn't find a single bra that was strictly an A cup either. As a result my favorite bras were actually sports bras. (Still are.) Now that I've lost 166 lbs my girls actually look bigger and I'm spilling out of…

-
Absolutely!! And to make it even better I savor each bite as if it were the last piece of cake I'd ever have. ;)

You look fantastic and Should be proud of all your hard work!!! You are definitely a success story!

That's awesome!!! :D

So do I!! I mute the tv and just play my workout playlist.

I have osteoarthritis in my left knee and foot. When I suddenly started walking almost 2 miles just about every day I started getting this horrible sharp pain from the knee down while walking and then at night in bed it was worse. It felt like hot lava burning down my leg. That was when the Dr sent me for tests and…

All of you look so amazing!!! Congratulations!!! I've finally gotten up the courage to post mine. I started out at 400 lbs. I've lost 163 lbs so far, but have 77 lbs more to go before my goal. Hopefully by the end of the year.

You look great!! Great work!!!

Awesome NSV!!!

I don't cut out anything. I just do my best to make sure it all fits into my calories. Though there are occasions when I go over. (Family parties, pms, etc.)

I'm not sure what you mean by 'broke my break'? But I'm an emotional eater too. It's mostly under control now that I'm using MFP because I can see what the damage will be if I give in, but there are times something overwhelming happens and throws me back to that state of mind. Last week was the anniversary of my Husband's…

Way to go!!!

I know how you feel. You're not alone. I've lost 163 lbs so far and still have 76 lbs to go, but it wasn't until I joined MFP last fall that the weight started coming off unbelievably fast compared to the snail pace of before MFP. It's been coming off so fast my mind can't keep up with the changes. Most of the time…

Before my Husband and I rescued a dog we would take our cat, Lucius, to the park and walk him. He loved it. Even more he loved going down slides repeatedly. ;) Gypsy on the other hand was to scared to be on a leash except when at home on the porch. So I always put her in her pet stroller where she feels safe whenever we…

It could be the type of vegetables you're eating?
