I'd like to jump in too! I walk daily and @stm712015 I can relate to the heat of a walk as I live in Phoenix. Even when I walk at late night sometimes it's still in the 100's !Am thinking of getting a Fitbit so I can really start tracking my walks more accurately.

Back after 6 months off. gained a bit during that time and now back to really focusing on my goal. I live in Phoenix so it's easy to just stay indoors, but I've been making myself walk everyday (late evenings) and feeling lighter and healthier already. Feel free to add me.
