  • i log everything but do not feel guilty for what i have consumed as i worked for that treat meal. i makes me realise how calorie dense some foods are and how easy it is to go from 0 - 300000000 calories  some people think you shouldnt but you do what works for you because in this world were damned if we do and damned…
  • i have :) i was a chronic binger, purger and restricted my food and gained 3 stone (42lbs) in 2 years after losing over 80lbs. since September last year i have lost those 42lbs and no longer binge at all. honestly i just took it day by day and having macros to stick to kept me in check and gave me structure, over the…
  • i eat ice cream or chocolate daily. work it into your macros then you won't crave it and binge
  • if your TDEE is 2056 then all you need to do is minus 500 which would give you 1556 and eat that. 1200 is not enough food hence why you are binging. too much restriction leads to binging. if you exercise then you need to eat back roughly 50-75% of the cals burned. go to iifym.com and it will give you the exact calories,…
  • Yes you're binging because you're skipping meals. If you're on the go then you can eat on the go. boiled eggs, cooked sausages and meats, low carb bread from morrisons (livlife), fruit, stay away from the breakfast bars etc full of carbs and sugar. jelly pots, it takes 10 minutes to eat a salad. you need to decide what is…
  • get a polar, get the GPS tracking one, had a fitbit hr, rubbish returned for a refund, i have the loop as i had to give up running but Polar is the best on the market !
  • weigh your food uncooked as 100g of uncooked chicken has the same calories etc as the 60g it now weighs after being cooked it's just water that is lost not calories.
  • 5"7 CW - 158.5 SW - 240 GW - 150 Calories - 1928 lift 3x a week, spin 4 times a week, cardio after every lifting session (15 - 20 Mins) Treat meal once a week (500 - 1000 calories over my normal daily allowance) I go for clothes size and how i feel now. I am a UK size 10/12 which is my goal clothes size. just focusing on…
  • they did this years ago in the UK ... tasted OK but they also did mini burgers in the crust as well .. again just OK
  • i feel it most when i first wake up and in the winter is the worst but the amazing feeling i have after exercising make's it worth it ... plus all the food i can eat and the clothes i can wear :) i go to the gym for 6 am 4 weekdays and then am at the gym for 9am on a saturday and sunday ( have to have a lie in, it's the…
  • i eat chocolate and ice cream daily, either one or the other. i work it into my macros i don't deprive .. this week i lost 4lbs. If it fits your macros :) if you restrict you'll binge
  • Sweetie i eat 1928 calories a day and i weigh 11st 5lbs. you need to ensure if you exercise that your net is still 1400 (if that is what you set) but i would say you could eat 1600. got to iifym.com and work out your cals there :)
  • sumo squats work your inner thigh muscle so will help to tone :) i have also found spin had toned my legs immensley in the last 3 months !
  • also i have seen your diary. buy some food scales and weigh things in grams. trusting cups and oz just isnt enough as you are probably under or over estimating. if you are using measuring spoons then fine but a tea spoon (15ml) is not as much as you think when you just spoon something out.
  • my fitness pal already has you in a deficit so if you did not exercise you would lose weight just from eating so you need to eat back half if not all your exercise cals. however if you worked out your cals from a site like iifym.com then this takes into account your exercise and you do not eat them back and just log your…
  • spin !! i started spinning about 2 months ago and my legs have slimmed down amazingly. i have lost inches and inces and toned up and built *kitten* muscles. i do also weightlift so this also helps but spinning has annihilated my fat, leaned my legs and bum out and given me nice muscles. i am a UK size 10 on top but a UK…
  • i have the polar loop and could not be happier. i had the fitbit Hr which was shite and sent it back for a refund. i had a polat FT4 before and a garmin GPS watch. i have had no trouble with the Loop and it is extremely accurate. You need to buy the HRM strap seperatley but even so it comes in cheaper than fitbit. My polar…
  • the squat rack is for squats hence the name ... dont be that person who does arm curls and shoulder work out's in the squat rack. especially if there is only one ! use the smith for shoulders that is fine but leave the squat rack for squatters :)
  • go for a polar loop, i had the fitbit charge hr and it was beyond rubbish sent it back for a refund within 8 days. wouldnt sync to the app, the HR was diabolical during workouts and the step counter was off. Had the polar loop and had no trouble. it also takes into account your activity rather than just steps like the…
