A medium banana and an 1/8 cup of almonds plus a large cup of coffee everyday. Sometimes I mix it up and add organic yogurt.

Thank you for this! Very helpful and interesting!

Good idea! Does it fill you up?

I have it. On beta blockers and I exercise including cardio....ask your doc? Others have noticed exercising helps believe it or not.

Hey Guys! I'm on the beginner's calender. When it's a cardio video, I log as low impact aerobics, other than that, I log as Pilates. I too try to error on the lower side of the calories just to be safe. Love that we're in this together! I've already lost 3 pounds!

I love Cassey and am on day 11 of Beginner's calendar!

Agree with all on the vinagerette. I do 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 tbsp lemon or apple cider vinegar, fresh pressed garlic, salt and pepper and a lil dijon mustard.

Gonna sound crazy, but bake potato wedges, no oil just salt and pepper and wrap them in romaine. Dip them in chili sauce. It is so good! I'm not a vegan, but I saw so many vegans eating this that I had to try and it was so delicious!

Almonds and an apple with cinnamon.

Also....has anyone tried a Pumpkin Shandy?! I was pleasantly surprised at how good it is! Mmmmmmm.....

Jack-o-Traveler! So yummy! Also Pumking is up there, but I was kind of disappointed in this year's batch :-(

I love that you have a food and activity goal for the day. I found that my journey is one hour at a time, one step at a time, one bite at a time.
-
CONGRATULATIONS!!! Keep on keeping on.

Hey! I'm in the same boat as you. 2 year old, work full time, run a national ministry, school, hubby, church, etc etc etc. I found that I just had to add exercise everywhere I could with a calorie burning goal per day of 400. I walk part of the way to work now, then walk the stairs in the office. Walk the stairs at lunch…

CONGRATULATIONS!

Same.

Thank you everyone for sharing your success. Love the encouragement!

P.S. For me what pushed me over the edge to lose more was cutting out processed food and having my calories come from "clean" foods, fruite, veggies, lean organic meat and whole grains.

Just wanted to encourage you....I was an eight pre baby, gained 42 pounds with my daughter. She is now 2 and I'm four pounds away from pre pregnancy weight. It's been a daily battle, eating right and exercising and getting used to my new body...BUT I can tell you, it will come off if you keep up the good work. I thought it…

Peeing in the shower is a woman's only opportunity to pee standing up. I would never give up the luxury.

Agreed. Same perspective.

Fruits and Veggies are so good for you! I go over every day on sugar because of fruit and I ignore it because I know I"m eating well. Think of all the nutrition you're getting!

When you say "some inches" how many? That is actually a huge "loss." And just like many have said, now you know what you have to eat and exercise like to maintain your current weight. I found that switching calories for whole food calories helped me get to the next level. I.E. fruit/veggies instead of processed food to get…

Sounds fabulous! Thanks for the recipe!

Asparagus....mix 1 TBSP olive oil, 1/2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar and pressed fresh garlic, salt and pepper. Brush olive oil and bake for about 5-10 minutes at 400. Brussels-steam, then saute in olive oil and fresh pressed garlic. Yummy!

Loads of veggies and grilled chicken! Yes, the sad part is, no wine...but I'd prob do it anyway and take a brisk walk prior.
-
I recently discovered fage plain greek yogurt with a Tbsp of Trader Joes Pumpkin Butter with an apple for dipping...DELICIOUS.

I'm going to try the lemon, EVOO and mint! Yum!
