I love VISUALLY seeing my progress because I stopped losing weight months ago so it is helpful in motivation.

M y son just got me the flex - I wish I had gotten the one that measures stairs because in the summer I climb thousands of stairs as part of my workouts. My son tore up the box opening it so I don't think I can exchange it. I like it though.

I wrecked my diet the past 5 days. Cutting back on my antidepressant and I think that is why. I had to do TWO hours on my elliptical to make up for it. 1 hour earlier like planned but added another hour tonight because I am an a-hole. So what I do is be accountable for everything I eat. I don't lose weight on 1200 calories…
