Down 2 lbs since last Thursday: LW: 256.2 CW: 254.2 Loss: 2 lbs

Your spreadsheet is awesome, Tim. :) The formatting is easier to read than mine. Weighed myself on Thursday but forgot to post until now: LW: 252.6 CW: 256.2 Gain: 3.6 lbs My wife and I are both starting to hold each other accountable on our eating again, so hopefully that helps me turn back around.

I tried a number of different stabilization shoes to help with my plantar fasciitis (Brooks, Saucony, Dr. Scholl's, Super Feet, Powerstep, etc), and although each helped initially, my plantar fasciitis kept coming back stronger than ever. These also led to some knee pain after several years of using these shoes. Today,…

I let myself snack too much at night this week. I was great during the day, but my evenings threw me off track completely. LW: 250.2 CW: 254.6 Gain: 4.4 lbs Good job this week, jmdawg, tdonlin, and toddhbrown.

Sorry for your loss! (the Seahawks one, not the weight) It was an exciting week to be an Eagles fan, so the only thing that kept me from overeating during the game was that I was sick all weekend. LW: 254.0 CW: 250.2 Loss: 3.8 lbs Almost back down to my starting weight so long ago...

Hey everyone, let's crush 2019! LW: 256.4 CW: 254.0 Loss: 2.4 lbs A little short of my 3-lb goal for this week, but at least in the right direction for the first time in quite a while.

Another week of bad choices. LW: 252.4 CW: 256.4 Gain: 4 lbs My immediate goal is to lose at least three of these pounds by next Friday.

That's very exciting, jermainejjd! Congratulations! My daughter Sadie wants to know her name 😀 My check in for the week: LW: 253.6 CW: 252.4 Loss: 1.2

I have not had much success reeling my eating back in yet, but I'm not losing hope. Still trying more ways to keep myself focused. SW: 248.4 LW: 246.6 CW: 248.0 GW: 200 Gain: 1.4

I've had a bad month at work and have let myself take my stress out on food, undoing the progress I've made since March. I believe I'm almost out of the woods on the work situation; but either way, I'm planning to focus on healthy habits and start working my way back. SW: 248.4 LW: 241.0 CW: 245.8 GW: 200 Gain: 4.8 lbs

Lost a pound. SW: 248.4 LW: 242.2 CW: 241.0 GW: 200 I added a couple new columns to my spreadsheet as I continue to work on it: sparkline and number of entries. I'm still only back to page 85 for backlogging all the previous entries, so that number will continue to grow for those of you who have been doing this for a long…

That's awesome! I thought that was you. It was a fun quick thing to work on - I really enjoy practice projects like that.

Question for you guys: what makes you feel motivated when you've been struggling? I made an album of my old pictures that remind me of times when I really enjoyed the feeling of exercise and eating well, but I'm trying to think of other ideas. Videos, quotes, etc.

Small improvement this week: SW: 248.4 LW: 243.0 CW: 242.2 GW: 200 Loss: 0.8 lbs

Sorry about the crazy case! That sounds like a tough time. That first link didn't have edit privileges, I didn't even think about you guys wanting to put check-ins there directly. Here's a new link with edit privileges, so any of you can add a new check-in for yourselves on the check-in tab.…

OK, I have some charts up on my spreadsheet in case anyone is interested in looking at it. The spreadsheet is saved here, and you can filter to only your information on either of the Trend sheets to see the graph for only you. The "weight trends" sheet is a straightforward line graph of how your weight has changed over…

Sorry you're having a rough week, Tim! Since you won't have a chance, here's a screenshot of my spreadsheet. It's not as pretty, but I've been messing around with my own version to see if I can come up with a few interesting charts sometime (but I don't have those yet). I like Excel.

I've lost focus on my eating big time ever since a work trip I took last month and have been pigging out. SW: 248.4 LW: 237.6 CW: 243.0 GW: 200 I've been continuing to work out at least three times a week, so my sole focus right now is getting my nutrition back under control. Nothing will help without that. On the bright…

I forgot to weigh myself each of the past few weeks, so I'll make sure I do it Thursday or Friday this week. Jermainejjd and jmdawg - nice to meet you!

You're not the only one who dropped off for a bit, Steve. Strength in numbers. I didn't apply discipline for a while and ate a lot of junk, so I've moved up a couple pounds. The good news is that I've still been regular on my exercise, so I'm feeling less sore after strength workouts and going further on my runs. This…

Steve, those are amazing updates. Tim, you and I are moving at a similar pace but at least moving down. I've been away from the game for the last few weeks with an infection. Healed now and went for a run this morning to start building my energy back up. SW: 248.4 LW: 235.2 CW: 234.4 GW: 200 Loss: 0.8 lbs

I'm still struggling to move the needle much. This is mostly due to my poor diet choices, but the good news is that I've been killing my workout routine. I've been doing 4-5 a week with mostly running and reached 3 miles for the first time in years. I also am taking a progress picture each month and see a huge difference…
-
That has to be disheartening, dbw. Hope you can start to turn things around again! How's the move going, Tim? Steve, you have such a detailed vision for how to approach your goals - it's awesome to see you keep cranking. I let myself slide during our family's trip to Nebraska for the 4th and have doubled down again since…

We'll, I didn't win my money for the past month. My short summary is I have more energy, look thinner, lost that notch on my belt, and went UP 1.6 lbs. Oh well, sometimes it has to be like that. SW: 248.4 LW: 235.0 CW: 236.6 GW: 200 Gain: 1.6 Keeping at it this month. All my other gains were encouraging and I'm hoping to…

No idea of my current weight. It's hard to judge over here since I don't have a scale: I've been averaging over 20,000 steps a day, have been getting a number of micro-workouts in (including hiking down a mountain with a 30 lb kid on my shoulders), but have been eating a ton of junk. I feel very heavy and don't look quite…
