I eat fruit for breakfast most of the time and salads for lunch. You can prepare your salad the night before and just carry a tiny container for the dressing. Also you can make extra dinner the night before and take left overs.

I have heard that you take your weight and divide by two and thats the amount of water in ounces you need to drink. :)
