Diets are so difficult to sustain! I've been trying to only eat when I'm hungry, not just when I'm bored. It's easier said than done for me!

I love subbing chicken or turkey instead of red meats as a way to lower the fat content of meals. Chili is pretty easy to adjust the macros of, I have a big crockpot of chicken taco chili cooking right now that's nice and high protein/medium carb/lower fat.

Good luck on your weight gaining journey, I definitely need luck with mine! Trying to make sure I'm gaining muscle and not fat is sure a challenge!
