  • I agree, it's hard when you are thrown into a stressful situation. One day at a time, one meal at a time or heck even one 15 minute increment at a time and then praise praise praise yourself!

  • I totally understand and find that evenings are my most difficult time. Usually because that's the time I don't have much to do (finally) and eating or cooking something makes me feel busy.
