I have missed out on so much. Sounds like everyone is making great strides and really planning ahead on their Thanksgiving meals to avoid slipping into old habits! Things at work are settling down. My coworker has finally be able to talk to her son and they have a plan for his paying her back as well as doing some manual…

@2020pinktogo Wow, I hope you are feeling better today. Maybe you were having sympathetic pain for @1skholloway and all she's been through lately...how sweet of you. HOpefully she will have some answers today after her colonoscopy. To bring you all up to date, my coworker finally talked to her son last night (he actually…

So glad the election is over. Stayed up until 1am and then finally had to call it a night. Now we can get back to business. I went to try on some new shoes and found some Addias. Of course they are the most expensive ones. Looks like my running is off books until next payday. @1skholloway so glad you feel better and the…

@JanolaBarbara It took me a while to understand your salmon necklace. I was imagining the old fruit loop necklaces we made in elementary school but with salmon. I'm assuming it's a lovely salmon color! I tell you, I am soo jealous of your time alone. Chris has no friends and all the family he has is within a 20 mile radius…

@1skholloway I hope by now you are feeling a bit more prepared for your refi and that the doctor can finally figure out something at the appointment this afternoon. I can't stand not feeling up to par and you have been dealing with this for 2 months. Egads. Pray for a good night's rest and some answers for your troubles!

@2020pinktogo wow, you have a lot going on. I hope all is well though it seems as if you are hitting a rough patch. Take care!
-
@2020pinktogo who knew you would have to have a safety word when working at a bank. Ah, the world it is a-changing
-
@1skholloway Great attitude and happy you were wearing your skinny feel good clothes as another reminder. One little meal won't sink that awesome success. @JanolaBarbara How is the physical therapy going? Must be improving tomaintain your walks. Great job! @NewOR2015 I'm so glad the hospital I work at now doesn't allow…

@2020pinktogo sometimes the best reinforcement of our choices is when we are shown something else all together. I'm so happy that you like your original branch. I'm with you, my money needs to go to my family not all the frivilousness of bdays and lunches. Though currently I don't have problem, I have been the one who…

@2020pinktogo You know, If we didn't know what sort of job you did, we would think that you were some ninja or special ops military... good luck with disaster training! I hope they treat you right at the new location or we will say bad things about them in this semi-private thread...that should scare them! @1skholloway…

@JanolaBarbara it sucks when everything we try just seems to keep biting us in the butt with lack of movement in the direction we want it. My doctor told me one time (and I admit I didn't research it) that excess fat in the body actually ends up working like an endocrine gland and begins secreting hormones. Interesting. I…

my goodness. Sounds like everyone has been having the same kind of week/month I have. I have completely gotten off my healthy ways of eating, neglected my exercise and basically been a slug. I made my husband promise that if I lose 10lbs by thanksgiving, he'll take me to Buffalo Wild Wings where I can play trivia for as…

@2020pinktogo I have been dealing with this for years. I hate trying on clothes so much that when I actually do go buy clothes that last thing I am thinking of is to check for pockets so I am constantly frustrated. What's weird....my yoga pants have freaking pockets!!!! @1skholloway I have been saying for a long time that…

It's doctor day today which means lots of extra people around. I should be moving more just because.....
-
That's why I love my FitBit. I actually make myself stop when I'm driving and it goes off. Walk for a bit and get back in the car.
-
@1skholloway Wow, 90lbs gone. That is amazing. AND apparently the word is around your neighborhood that you are a force to be reckoned with  That made my day! Chris got to leave for work late today so I got up early my usual time and attempted to get out of the bedroom stealthily but ran smack dab into the armoire.…

@CherylPierce Hope you are feeling better! Keep stepping!

I have parked further away that usual at work etc (that was a nice one I stole from @77tes (and likely others but I saw hers first). Getting my 10,000 in each day and feeling proud. This weekend I'm hoping to break 20,000 each day. Time to mow the yard!
-
My goal of getting up and moving every hour is going well. Even at a two day conference this week still made my "hourly" steps each hour. Sometimes I find I need to set my alarm for x:55 so I can get moving and get two hours of "steps in" but then that means I'm walking for about 20 minutes at a time instead of 10 minutes…

This has been a long week everyone. OUt for a conference 2 days that was supposed to only be 2 half days but my relief that was supposed to be there at 11:30 didn't get to the conference until 230 one day and 345 the next. Geez Louise! Anyway back at work and back on track hope everyone is having a great October!

@JanolaBarbara and @1skholloway I can't believe you both are still under the weather. I am such a wimp that when I am sick for more than a day the whole family know it. I can't imagine feeling like poo for over a month. Hope the headaches and stomach discomfort get remedied soon. @CaptainBoing You seem to be pretty…

Had a great weekend. House/dog sitting for my sister in law on a bayou. So peaceful there. My sister in law allowed me to invite my sister, best friend and their husbands to join us. It was a very nice time! Haven't all all 6 of us together for longer than a lunch in about 3 years. I have rededicated myself once again to…

@CaptainBoing I hope you find the penguin. People are just so aggravating. Good luck with the fencing competition! Sounds like there has been lots of sickness while I was away. Hope everyone is feeling better and back on track. The cruise was AWESOME. I actually joined a boot camp while I was there and really enjoyed the…

@1skholloway I am so impressed that you are aware enough of your trials (decreasing soda intake once your stomach issues resolve) to be vigilant about it now. That is why you are achieving such great NSV's! Congrats. I feel ya about stressors at work not "allowing" time for workouts. Hope you have been successful in adding…

What a world what a world. Didn't get picked for jury duty House sat for a co worker over the weekend and still exercised though went off the rails eating. Office manager flipped a dirt bike on Sunday and now has a concussion. This will be a very long week leading up to cruise on Friday.

My usual morning check in and response will have to wait. One of the therapists is out today so I'm attempting to get some group topics in. Thankfully I dont have to do this often so my tried and true ones will suffice. Have a happy Friday!

@2020pinktogo looks like lots of job changes in the "pinktogo" family. Best of luck to your brother. I also looked up armbars. I was visualizing drinking games and arm wrestling. TEE HEE! @CaptainBoing how was the swimming with the seal pups? any news on the online relationship? Doctor actually left yesterday at 5:15. Of…

@JanolaBarbara 9 days and counting until my cruise! Things have been so hectic at the office I will be so excited to be absolutely unreachable for 7 days! @2020pinktogo I completely understand waiting until you find the right thing. I wish I could teach that to Chris. He'll spend money on a new guitar or guitar equipment…

@2020pinktogo wow, i admire anyone who loves shopping. And even moreso someone who still has Christmas money left over in July. Let the countdown continue!~

Thanks for all the birthmonth wishes. So far, it's off to a great start! @2020pinktogo -how many more days until your last day? I can't believe people are treating you so poorly. I don't understand people who constantly want to keep others down. Of course, that says more about them than it does about us but it's always…
