Oh god I love chocolate. Last night I are teo pieces (each about 4cm^2) of German milk chocolate. Just put it on my tongue and let it melt. It's torture but it's so sweet.

Elliptical. I have a bad knee so until I lose a pound or strengthen my joints this allows me to burn a lot without hurting myself. Second is treadmill. Harder on joints and built in programs are harder. But since I live on a bad road for running (I twisted my ankle on loose paving trying) this is a good standby.

Not a vegan, but I take b12 and b complex since my gp says it will help me with cyclic depression around my period.

I go by the machine. MFP has a ton of stuff they try to do and the sheer amount of code is probably daunting. A machine only has to do one thing, so the code on that is probably better. But then again, I'm an engineer, so I think like that.

The mfp app has a pedometer that links with your phone. I just keep my phone in my pocket and it adjusts my steps and activity level accordingly.

No. Carbonated water is carbonated with CO2. Any water you get will have CO2 in it, and you swallow tons all the time. Your body will see no difference. You'll either burp or fart it out like all the rest of the time.

Olives and artichokes. My fiancé loves them and I can't stand them. I've transitioned to not touching them again though. Vile things.

Tea. I exercise i. The morning before class and I get nauseous unless I eat breakfast beforehand. I eat, wait half an hour, exercise, then drink tea.

The low carb thing is to reduce body fat and control blood sugar. I don't recommend removing carbs, since fruits and veggies are GOOD. It also helps people who have a gluten allergy.
