  • My weekly update Start: 140 - Jan 4 2017 Current 136.4 - Jan 30 2017 Goal: 120 - March 30 I'm only down another .6 ounces, but 1/2 pound is better than nothing. Down 3.6 lbs and I'm down 5 inches since starting! Must be the weight training firming the jiggly parts a bit.

  • Start: 140 - 01/04/17 Weekly weight: 139.6 - 01/09/17 Goal: 120 I'm up this week a little from Friday, but down 4 ounces from the start on Monday. Weekends are killing me. I am not going to weigh again until Monday so I won't feel bad again!
  • So I'm super tired & sore today. I've been doing LC all week with strength training for 45 minutes and 30 minutes of cardio (walk/jog) for 5 days. It's now my 2 rest days and I just need to stay motivated to eat well and start up again Monday. Good Heath Everyone!
