  • Nothing wrong with a BRISK WALK for 30=45 minutes after dinner. Or skipping jump rope for 15 minutes with a break half way (lots of fun), finish up with jumping jacks or lunges..Just think how great you will feel, don`t let the break up win. Keeping hopeful for you.

  • Sounds like your over doing it............You should have 2 days of rest (every 3 days rest). I did the same worked out 7 days though x2 hrs, ended up doing damage to muscles.
