I use to be fanatic about counting calories. Until I realized I was I was actually depleting my body of nutrients in favor of low calorie foods. I have lost 83lbs in the last few years and kept it off. Need to lose about 30 more to be at my goal weight. Would love to have some more friends to help push me to goal and to help push them to their goals.
