Fitness blender workouts on youtube. there are so many of them and they are so easy. all different legnths and workouts etc.

I'm 6 ft 10 and my calories is 1410......I think it's about right I eat that every day (sometimes over but excercise LOTS)....guessing it will go down as my weight goes down...my 5 ft 5 friend is only on 1200..

I know youi've already mentioned it but I do love Jillian Michael's dvds, they are really good. Also on youtube I used "fitness blender" they have great workouts either for one offs, or programs as you have mentioned. good luck x

Yeah I think I'll keep it as sedentary and log my exercise, but if I do go over my calories I have the exercise ones there as "backup" so to speak.....I'll see how I get on doing that anyway and change things if it doesnt work. thanks guys

I need some help with this too! It's probably so obvious and simple but I just am still confused....my daily fitness thing is set to sedentary, as I have a desk job. I also try and do at least 45 mins of exercise at least 5 times a week, so I put this into my exercise bit and it gives me (for example) 630 calories extra…

I think I'm also going to try and be a lot better with the diet as maybe that will help the scales too. I think walking / running is good for the scales but like you say the strength isnt good! good luck x

I am in the same boat, I do a lot of dvds...Vicky Pattison, 30 day shred, tabata workouts...I never see a difference on the scales when I up the exercise...but hopefully my clothes are going to fit better soon and that's something. it is dis-heartening though when the scales arent moving or even going up instead of down!
