My daily goal is 1,500. My actuals range from 1,200 to 1,700. Limiting carbs, but not keto levels, just staying away from the "fast carbs". My diary's open and I welcome comments and "tough love". Feel free to add me.

Wow, these are some motivating accomplishments - congrats to all! I struggled with my weight all year, but I did commit to walking 200 miles each month, and ended the year with just over 2,500 miles.

Count me in! I started back in about 3 weeks ago. Limiting carbs, eating 5+ servings of veggies per day (actually easier than I thought it would be), trying for 30+ minutes of exercise per day. Down 9 pounds so far (out of 80+ that I need to lose).
