Okay, so I ended up doing a run the next day, but haven't run again since. Gah! I need to be consistent and I keep telling myself to do it, but then I'm tired, hungry, or busy, and I don't. Today will be the day I'll fo C25K week 3, day 2!!!

Well, I ended up telling myself to do it, so I did my C25K, week 3, day 1 last night. (Tonight, I'm doing day 2.) This morning (8/15/20), I weighed in at 156.4lbs!!! That's (finally!) lower than my Jan 1 starting weight this year! I just wanted to share again because sometimes we need to motivate ourselves and just do it!

Yes, agreed! It's like your body doesn't want to let go of it yet. I have the imagery of a driving a car. You have to stop the car completely first, then you can begin to reverse. So maintaining for a couple weeks doesn't mean it's not working, it's just that you've stopped driving forward.
