My fav workout song is: Kraddy Android Porn I also like Red Hot Chili Peppers when doing something low intensity.

I'm just genuinely curious. Didn't mean to make this sound misogynistic.
-
This is not true. Guys at my gym barely do any cardio and if they do, it's always sprints and high intensity stuff. It's predominately guys in the weight room. I honestly find treadmilling to be boring, but to each their own.

To lose fat and then bulk up. Goal is 155-160 lbs @ 12% bf.
-
Not weight. Losing body fat and maintaining muscle should be your goal.

M/20/5'11" [138lbs to 185lbs] (1 year; 6 months) + (B: 300lbs; S: 410lbs; D: 480lbs)

Look again...it's there.
-
Huh? His stats are listed above his before pictures. And his time frame is 18 months.
-
Only 10 lbs!? Then how about this guy?: http://imgur.com/a/ZJ11x He's the same age as me and that looks like a lot more than 10 lbs of muscle gained (mind you this is 1.5 years). He did not do gear or anything as far as I know.

So I can go from 115 LBM to 140 LBM in 2 years of dedicated training? I need to lose 30 lbs of fat first, though.
-
Calorie deficit. Lifting for body composition along with diet.
-
Females should cut to 20% and bulk to 25%. Lather, rinse, repeat.
-
Add 100 cals every week until you reach your TDEE
-
Can I do weighted decline situps?
-
You weigh 175 with about 10% bf at 5'9? Isn't that superman size?
-
Gain 2 lbs/month (.5/wk) is what I've heard and read is safe to ensure max muscle and min fat.
-
Skinny-fat is a tough place to be in.
-
Thanks but I don't think I look anything like my friends. I hate being flabby.
-
Btw, should I supplement with creatine and a caffeine pill?
-
Why is that? Now I have varying opinions...ugh.
-
And what happens I wonder when I stall on the lifts in say 4-6 months when newbie gains are done?
-
Thank you. So yes, I will recomp eating maintenance cals and lifting heavy 3/wk.
-
Found this on reddit: http://www.reddit.com/r/Fitness/comments/38jfrx/6_months_progress_200_lbs_skinnyfat_to_182_lbs_at/

I'm not average. And as I said above I'm scared to cut because I might become a smaller version of my current self because I lack the LBM.
-
Is maintenance what you usually recommend for those in my position? Just wondering.
-
Okay. That's what I'll do...eat maintenance and train hard for 4-5 months.
-
Sorry for the duplicate.
-
So, if I cut (-20% TDEE), how long should I cut for? Should I cut ten pounds (losing 1lb/wk) and then re-evaluate?

Well, I also read somewhere that if above 18% bf (which I probably am), fat to muscle gain ratio can be 1:1 (the p-ratio). Is this true?
