Like thats around my maintenance cals right there but every time I try to put myself in a deficit I binge eat the next day. Also I didnt tell you I accidentally put myself in a vlcd for a month straight last year.

My weekly calorie goal i believe is 2,600 to 3,000 calories . My loss set is at 2,100 calories. Well again i only been cutting for 8 months and i plateaued back i august last year which was the 8 month. Im still plateaued as of today and im constantly craving and binging for no reason this happened after i upped my calories. Sounds funny dosentdosent it?
