Thank you everyone I will see what I can do but whatever I do just seems to never work. Same with like bench pressing my chest or triceps will not work when doing bench press.

Because I do MMA and I was wondering would it make me strong enough to lift people or objects?

Yes sir! Or like a book bag or something you know anything that makes you big and strong.

But how? I do bodyweight exercise all the time and don't get me wrong I have a decent amount of muscle from it but it's just why cant I still lift things heavier then me?

I don't really keep track of my protein intake tbh all I know is I eat a lot of things with protein. I way 171 my height is 5,8 my calories are around 2,300 to 2,500

Okay this is how my routine looks I get up in the morning stretch and do a couple of set of push ups till I fatigue. Then I go running and jump roping I do push ups along the way. I do dips and pull ups. I do burpees and mountain climbers.

See I'm kinda obsessed with it because I have ocd. So I don't really give myself enough rest days.

I know I know but I still just need a exact estimate on where it seems like im at now. Because like I said before.. Before I started all of these cravings I was cutting calories for a long period of time ans it seems like my fat loss and muscle building has slowed alot and I dont know if I need a diet break for this or not…
