Hi all :). I fell off the MFP wagon over a year ago but have been back on the straight and narrow (well these days more curvy and wide) for the last month. I'd like some more friends and to be motivated to keep on calorie counting and losing inches. I'm 54 yo British man. Please consider friending me. :)

I'm doing it too....a bit sporadic at times but now back on track so did Shred level 1 today and can see I am improving at keeping up with JM and Co and technique is getting better too.

Hi Allison....you've made a big step already by joining MFP. I did a while ago and have built up MFP friends who encourage and support as I count calories, exercise more, and watch my weight slowly go down then up but mostly and overall down!! I had a rest day yesterday due to too much time in the office...... However today I got to the end of the bannish fat video and am feeling pretty chuffed!! (Could do better with the later exercises but I kept going at least)..... :)

I did 25 minutes of the bannish flat video and that's if for aerobics today......yoga a bit later though!
