How are those shirataki noodles? I've seen them in stores, but have yet to try. Do they have the same macaroni al-dente kind of feel? I've also heard kelp noodles are super low cal, but am going to have to order some to try.

I LOVE brussel sprouts! I made them recently roasted in a cast iron pan, cut side down in a little bit of olive oil, then added some pineapple and gochucang (sp?)...that Korean chili paste. Super tasty!

Yes, I think being short definitely is more challenging weight-wise. I'm 5'1" and 49 yrs old. I initially started at 161 last summer, lost 30, gained back 15, and am back on track now.
