1. Walked instead of drove the trail. 2. Used the push mower instead of the ride on 3. Parked at the last parking space at work instead of the front door 4. Had a timer go off every hour at work to walk around the office and upstairs 5. Use the en-suite bathroom instead of the closer one by the living room and Kitchen

This Saturday I would normally drive the trail, however, I decided to walk the trail instead. At the end of the walk I was very impressed that I was able to walk that distance, up hills and through some pretty hard terrain. I will now make those choice more often. Thanks MFP for the motivation.

Day 7 Yellow - Lemon Green - Zucchini, cucumber, green pepper, celery Not a very bright rainbow today, however just finished that bahama mama dance and well lets just say congrats to whomever caught on, because i needed more space and more tv's around the room. Two left feet here!

My first time and looking forward to the challenge

Love you join this challenge. I've just started this week with MFP. Have had the app for sometime done nothing with it until this week. Would like to lose 60 pounds. I exercise daily, usually walking, however, started this week a running program to push myself and looking forward to this group.
