i had a farewell ate a gazillion then some was really good 4 days to follow and i lost 4.5kg dont give up just because you slipped up - expect you will sometimes -and do what ever it takes to get back on the wagon

Xmas when at functions or around people where food is a thing, im just going to make sure i eat no more than my maintain amount of calories. At least then i will not get any bigger.

ive cut out so so much no bread or anything made with flour cakes pastrys bickys chippies lollies chocolate, minimal fruits even - im going to have a 35 day on diet then one day off where i can eat with no restrictions - till im at a weight i am happy being - i do crave these things but im not hungry alot

yep im doing ok nutritional wise but just got nutta for fitness at the moment i watch these 30 day shreds n stuff but just havent committed myself just yet - i just do housework n look after my kids n the arvo evenings
