Why come on to MFP a site and community that promotes a healthy sustainable lifestyle by calorie counting, portion control and exercise, only to ask who is doing the meal replacement "diet", then get offended when others question why you have chosen to it in the first place...smh.

Search on here for IF and you'll see plenty of threads on it...loads of helpful (and some not so much) information.

It's all pretty irrelevant, what's your stats? Daily calories, how do you measure them, with a food scale, what's your current weight, what are your goals...

If you are using the MFP app and tools, why not just stick to numbers that gives you?

I have the same problem, the ones I wear are great for giving me a nice smooth look (no bulks or drawstring ties) but as soon as I'm on the treadmill I have to literally pull the waistband up to my ribs to stop them from slipping down, very distracting and not to mention silly looking lol...

Maybe it's just me but 1200 seems rather low for someone at 5' 8"...I'm the same height, when I put in 2lbs a week loss I still get 1320 cals (far too low for me so I'm flirting between 1lb - .5lbs a week)

Rich Tea Biscuits dunked in a cuppa...only 38 cals for one ( I normally have 2 or 3 in the evening)

I'm going to follow this thread as I have 6lbs left to lose to get to my GW and it's taking it's time so I'll be interested to see what advice you are given. Oh and good luck! :)

How long have you been using MFP? Have you tried to log your weekends or do you give up at the first hurdle?
