Awesome job. Keep up the hard work. I myself appear to be at my body's designed end weight. Lost a little over 100 lbs but the losses have seemed to stop. Still eating healthy and exercising a ton. Just may be time for the transition to "maintenance".

Wow. I had no idea that my 'likes' were such an encouragement. You my friend are AWESOME. Keep up the great work and I promise to keep up with the the likes and probably even a comment or two. By the way I'm just about at the same weight loss pace. 64 down over about 4 months. You rock. Let's keep at this to the end.

You may need a battery change. Mine stopped syncing a while back for no reason and after deleting the app from my phone and the battery swap it's back to normal. Just my $0.02. Hope you figure it out.

At Graham, Forgot to mention I've been lifting as well. My Olympic weights had been collecting dust in the basement. I have the ability to do bench, squat (once I lose some weight...my L knee is pretty bad), curls, leg extensions, etc. It's all free weights so I have A LOT of flexibility.
