  • I dont use a coach, theres a few facebook groups i am part of that i can ask questions when i need to. And i use Carb Manager, where you can put all your info in, it calculates the net carbs for you, and shows in a wheel how much you have left to hit your goal intake for carbs fats and protein for the day.

  • I agree, I now mostly log using Carb Manager because it DOES count your net carbs for you so you dont have to do the math and adjust yourself. But, it has its flaws to. It doesnt recognize as much stuff via scanning barcode as mfp does.

  • There is another app i was told to use called Carb Manager and it actually counts your net carbs for you and shows nice graphs of carbs fats and protein and how much you have left to eat if your tracking for a certain percentage

  • Totally possible! Though a lot of it might be water weight to. Hard to say. I know people who have more to lose also tend to see larger jumps in the scale quicker at first as well. Definitely keep going but dont get discouraged if you dont see as big of a jump next week or progress stalls eventually!

  • I to am trying to lose "baby weight".That being said..i was over weight before getting pregnant, but gained 20 more lbs between the two of them. I had 2 in 2 years so i didnt have time to lose the weight in between. Now i got alot of hanging rolls that NEED to go.
