I don't have a before-picture as, you can imagine, I wasn't too happy with having my picture taken. I'm 29, 5'4" and currently 115 pounds. Picture taken 3 weeks ago on my 29th birthday. I've lost 33 lbs since March.

I think this goes for me as well, RaspberryTickleChicken. I'm app 5'4" (163 cm). I'm not too good with the whole frame way of thinking, but I'm Scandinavian if that counts for anything - so a heavier build than, lets say, those of Asian origin... ;)

Thank you for your quick reply! The reason why I mentioned the daily burn, is because I have no problem hitting 10 000 steps a day. My bad days, moving-wise, is the weekends, because I'm not at work (but still no less than 6000 steps). On regular days, I move from 11 000-20 000 steps - but still only burn 1440-2265…
