I've been using the app "Pumpup" for body-weight exercises in my living room. I have no equipment either and love this app. It's been great to build up my strength in all my muscles and adds variation so you aren't stuck doing the same thing every day.

I'm 4'11 & 1/2" and I weigh 114.8 pounds as of this morning. I would love to get below 110 but haven't been able to for about a year and that was when I was sick and didn't have much of an appetite for a week. I think I'm going to get a gym membership and start lifting weights.
