Today 0600-0645 Stronglifts 5X5. Tomorrow, 0600-0700 Cardio (elliptical). Wednesday, back to Stronglifts. Thursday, Cardio (stationary bike). Friday, Stronglifts. Weekend, minimum 2hr hike in the mountains. then repeat.....
