Junk food is always my biggest weakness. The way to fight it is to keep it out of the house. I can have some chips at a party, but it's when i sit at home and eat a days worth of calories in my pajamas on the couch that really ruins me.

When I have plateaued in the past I done two things to break through: 1. Take a look at my BMR to see if I need to adjust my calorie goal again 2. Adjust my workout routine to something different (e.g. running to swimming)

Not super healthy, but my low calorie for on-the-go are... Egg White Delight McMuffin (250 cal) from McDonald's or the turkey bacon and egg white sandwich (230 cal) from Starbucks

My wedding in September of 2016 is motivating me. I want to look and feel the best that I can on my wedding day. Also, think of all those photos that i will have to look at for the rest of my life.
