I am addicted to plain salted potato chips. I can eat a whole 5 serving bag at one time. So I have to just not eat them at all. I don't even care if my MFP number is green, I just try to have my net calories under 2000. I don't count "food in my body" as part of my body weight. So, like, if I ate a lot over the weekend, I…

If your calorie deficit (calories eaten minus calories burned) is too severe, it has been said that this actually makes your body hang on to extra pounds. They recommend a 500 calorie deficit. That being said, I eat enough, but still during workouts I may shake a little bit. A tiny bit of the shakes probably isn't…

It seems like I've always been on a diet. I suppose my first time dieting was during the Subway's Jared campaign in 2000. I worked at Subway and had started doing karate. I went to it with gusto and got down to a size 10. Needless to say, I went back up to a 14 within a couple years. Then dieted again in 2010, getting down…

What? gah. That's not even such a difficult exercise! That would piss me off so much.

Starting here on MFP I saw that I simply eat WAY TOO MUCH. So hopefully tracking my calories will help me reach my goals. And hopefully I…

Learn all you can about living healthy. I won't lie, it's a long process, especially if you are starting from "zero", but it's definitely worth it. You''l be taking control of your OWN health and eating, not being a puppet to ads and status quo. A year from now, two years from now, you'll look back and say "man! I'm doing…
