Cheesecake. Crustless or a nut crust. But more carbs than I want. Substitute sugar with Stevia to taste . Vanilla, or cocoa powder, or lemon flavoring. I find whipping the egg whites and folding into the cream cheese/egg mixture keeps it lighter. Careful. You need to freeze it fast.

Yes. Potassium and Magnesium I take mine in the form of Emergen-C Electro Mix and MSM I often double the packets. They mix easily in water. Mushrooms are a good source of Potassium if you like those. Good with meat.

How extreme? Are you eating vegetables for carbs? It is important that you don't get into the all protein/fat mentality. Might be too extreme for you, but I know many suffer a kind of with drawl in the beginning and the body goes Kaflooy. Be sensible. Be smart. Read.

I have the same experience as camtosh. Low calorie takes more will power then I have . Good for the short term only. It appears that it is fat that curbs appetite . Dan. Don't put off the benefits of exercise on your mental health for another 25 lbs. Walk. That simple. Walk. Try 5 minutes, then 10 minutes , then 15 etc. Get an ipod and listen to NPR or music. Lose yourself in something that will change you in ways no weight loss can.

I think there is also literature on the fallacy of drinking such large quantities of water. All those water soluble vitamins disappear.
