You need to goto the doctor. Don't listen to anybody here, please call your doctor. It could be serious.

Congrats on the big loss:) as your losing weight you should definitely be adjusting your numbers to compensate. You weigh less so your numbers are different from when you were heavier. How are your macros? Are they consistent? A lot of people will disagree but at a certain point, simply just being on a deficit isn't…

That's fine man, push hard.

I don't think your numbers are crazy to be honest. Im 6'6" 245lbs. My resting heart rate is around 65. My heart rate will spike to 170's doing doing a set of 5 rep dead lifts at 405. Bench press set of 5 at 285 will put my heart rate at about 145. I wait for my heart rate to drop below 100 between sets. Just giving you a…

Your body burns slightly more running in cold weather but not enough to make a real difference. Your metabolic rate increases to warm your body up, more heat means more calories. But definitely not enough that it would make a real impact.

For your condition, I don't think you should be taking any medical opinions from this site. Speak with your doctor or doctors and follow their instructions only. Nobody on this site has the ability to offer any usuable medical opinions or medical advice to you.

I just can't agree with this. I'm sorry.

I tried locating some literature, but I can't find much. I understand your position especially when it comes to running. I agree, 7 pounds can make a pretty significant difference in your run times. 10 seconds per pound per mile is it? I believe you going to have to experiment with your macros. Its gotta be spot on and…

Anna with all due respect, this does not in my opinion enable a healthy eating habit. While we all like to have are cheat foods every once in a while. I believe that hitting the goals of all your macronutriants with healthier choices is more beneficial, mainly because there's other nutrients to consider outside of the 3…

A BMI of 20 is pretty spot on. Those 7lbs could be a real pain to lose. With that said you have risk of losing muscle fiber even with such a small deficit.
-
Wow I couldn't agree with you anymore. Simply being on a deficit isn't good enough. A properly balanced macro diet is the key to long term weight loss. Its a total lifestyle. Getting into the habit during a weight loss journey ensures that after you meet your goal you can properly maintain without issue.

Funny, I tried brining that up once and had a couple dozen knives thrown at me. Anyways OP, interesting though about how you continue unhealthy eating habits even after you have no taste. Perhaps subconsciously your brain is still chasing the foods that you know taste good and used to satisfy you?

Eggs and bananas :)

If your looking to weight train then 45 min of cardio daily isn't going to do you any favors. Your being extremely vague on what you consider "moderately heavy lifting" with "8-12 reps". So, what the heck are doing? You can easily weight train 6 days a week if you target different muscle groups everyday so you can get…

it's pretty typical that you would the equate a cutting practice to snorting coke. Keep up the good work code master flex.
-
Yeah its unhealthy. I said that. But it's done. You can't deny it. As much as you want to claim its bs. If you think that this practice is few and far between. Then I suggest you educate yourself. You have no clue.
-
No offense man. But I'm not spewing some crazy secret. A simple google search would result in similar information. Your just beating a dead horse at this point calling it "bro-science or bs" get off your high horse. It works. Athletes do it. No big deal. Get over it and yourself. If you read the original post i said to use…

Its not bro science unless your from the jersey shore, bro.

Relax pal, that's iced tea.

Right.

Indeed

That's unacceptable.

I guess..... I guess I didn't think this would turn into a gay bashing thread.
-
So what if I did?
-
Not bogus. And I clearly stated in the original post it was mostly water weight and it will return quickly after.

a full study with peer support? I don't need to, we do it lol:) of course under the advisement of a conditioning coach. a week before a weigh in, we go to our conditioning coach and weigh in with him. If it's too high then we do stuff like this to shed weight in a short amount of time.

what's wrong with that? That's hot.
