As of today, I'm 137.8 lbs. My goal weight is 127lbs, but I'd prefer to be 120-125lbs. I'm about 5'4" and gained about 30 lbs while on some medication. Being off the medication has definitely helped me to lose over 30lbs so far as I had a difficult time losing through dirt and working out while still on the medication. The…

I love in-line skating (rollerblading)! It's one of the best ways to work out your whole body and have fun with the wind blowing through your hair. I feel great afterwards. It's great if you need a low impact way to exercise if you're dealing with back, knee, ankle or hip injuries/tendinitis.

I am 5'3" and my current weight is 147.4. My goal weight is 127-132. 130 would be great. I'd probably be a size 9/10 in pants and size 8 dress at that point. Maybe next year I'll try to go for 120-125.
