Depends on what I'm doing but between 3-4 hundred a day, walking can be up to 600 hundred to 1000.. Yeah I love walking

I just spoke to 2 of my MFP friends who are having trouble with their fitbit and stated that the problem is on MFP side and they are working on it. and yes u can manually put it into MFP.

think positive..life style isn't easy..sometimes very hard but in the end when u start seeing the diffrence in ur body, the way ur clothes fit and most of all its for better health. Don't be so hard on urself..what u do is for urself and no one else.

I would see a doctor to make sure it's not a pinched nerve etc. Just to make sure.

lots of water everyday thru the day..gatorade while working out. You might be dehydrated.

I have a lot of Shaun T, Tony Horton, Brett Hoebel etc and fitness blender is good. U don't need weight for a lot of these workouts. There are so many things on YouTube. I love to workout at home so I set my own time that I choose and don't have to wait on any machines.
