Have you tried going into health and then turning off all categories..go back also go back and turn on the ones u want to sow in MFP then restart ur phone

Have my watch Apple Watch since October of last year.

Turn it off and back on..if ur still having problems u might want Apple to ck it out..the gryosope might be stuck

I worked out when I was younger and then stopped for quite awhile because I was always to busy..I've been working out now for the last 4 yrs constantly and I just turned 58 in March and I feel great even after having total knee surgery. Age is just a number if you can do it go for it

PT & swimming if you can helps. I have bulging disk in my back and have to get shots. Talk your doctor and let them recommend what u should do.

Never had a Fitbit but most of my friends that did moved on to Polar A360 or Apple. They kept complains about band breaking etc..the only thing they did like was the community

I just started insanity max 30..have to do mostly modifcations due to knee replacement..but Ive already lost a few pounds and see a diffrence.

I feel like that when I don't eat enough to get my body going or when I don't get enough rest the night before.

I work out mostly in the afternoon..sometimes in the A.M..i use to wor out at 11:30 right after work. In the end it's ur preference.

@kickinmon go to apps and devices on MFP scroll down and u will see Apple HealthKit just follow those instructions and also in steps make sure track steps from ur Apple Watch is checked. There is also an app call d activity club that's reall cool.

mine is set to 1,000 right now..I take my son to school via the bus then I walk back home which is about a mile and a half..soon I'm going to start doing the park before it gets to cold and that's a little over 3 miles.

so I was told about a sleep app called sleep watch-auto sleep monitor using your watch..it is 4.99 but to me it's worth it IMO. U don't have to sync like u do with some and it does work just like it says.

I've had my apple watch for about 2 weeks now. I've used polar products for the last 5 yrs. I do miss the sleep tracking from the polar. i never had fitbit so I don't know much about the community..polar's was so so. I ws able to find thru another member a app called Activity Club which is pretty cool..it shows on ur phone…

@Suusik Hi-Fives is like saying good job and motivation.U can send a email to activity club and they will answer ur questions. I have the AW. I just looked u up and sent a hi five.. it will say tiggerlove . I am waiting for a response from activity. club, I will let u know what they say.

I'm waiting for my apple watch to arrive on Wedensday.. this will be a big move for me as I have been using polar for about 5 yrs and never used any other brand. I currently own the Polar A360.

I have the polar A360 and you can swim with it..also u don't have to use the chest strap which is a plus for me but there are some workouts like lifting weight that the use of the chest strap it better. I wanted to get a fitbit but after speaking to customer service and they said I could swim with there products I stayed…

I think it will also but the notifications does as well. I will be moving from Polar to the Apple watch 2 series..this should be intresting for me.

we all go thru the time of not feeling motivated and depressed. U have to find something u like to do and just do. they have home workouts..youtube etc. U got this..don't let it get u.
