Back Beats by Plantronics & Jay Bird are my choices

go to a bike shop and tell them what your looking for..i think that best. Some bike stores like the one I go to..measure you for the seat and handlebars.

As far as I know u need to use the H7 chest strap cause it dosen't have a built in HRM like the A360.
-
never had anything but polar, I currently have the A360 cause it has the built in HRM,but for ceetain workouts u have to use a chest strap (H7) which is no big deal for me..if u want something with gps the M400.
-
the H7 is great and very accurate but that's my opinion.
-
I have the PolarA360. Been using polar for years..never used any other brand...there's not to many out there that count ur calories while swimming.
-
I have the polarA360 which can be used with or withuout the chest strap...if u want something with gps Polar M400 is also good.I only use polar so I can't comment on any other brand of watches.

Fitness and weight lost isn't easy sometimes but, u just have to keep looking forward and keep pushing urself. U have to learn how to control ur eating habits. Don't give up just make the changes and one day at a time and things will pay off.
-
Just keep pushing forward and don't look back. Fitness is not always easy and it's easy to want to say screw it but, don't give up. Add me if u would like to. Just remember we all struggle.
-
@ ninerbuff..sometime ppl when not sure will ask for help which is y we are all here.

thats a good burn but it also dependes on the workout ur doing and how long ur doing it for. As long as ur not sitting around doing nothing ur good to go.
-
some trackers have yoga programs that you can use or u can get a bluetooth chest strap and use a app like digifit to pair with the HR chest strap and synce to ur phone.
-
youtube is good for that..of you want to buy cd's Cathe's workout are also good..
-
youtube has a lot of workout.. I use to use fitness Blender alot also taebo..etc Just have to try them out and see what works for you. Good Luck.

I agree with what some have said, trying working out barefooted if possible and see how that works. It might be ur shoes. If it continues I would definitely see a doctor.. they also have some sneakers that feels almost like ur barefooted. vivobarefoot.com they are not stylish but they are very comfortable. Good Luck.

Dedication is the key and I also get a lot of motivation from my MFP friends and I love to challenge myself.

what kind of tracker do u have??
-
I have the polar A300. I like the fact that I don't always have to use the chest strap all the time. I wish polarflow had a better community like fitbit but other wise I'm happy with my tracker. I've always used Polar so i can't comment on any other devise. There are so many out there now just got to research and if you…
