Ok I've done INSANITY before but now I'm doing it again with my niece and we are loving it! On day 3 any of you doing Insanity?

    I love Insanity ShaunT is the man. Doing Core De Force right now on day 24 loving it

    I just started insanity max 30..have to do mostly modifcations due to knee replacement..but Ive already lost a few pounds and see a diffrence.

    How do u like the insanity 30? I loved/hated Insanity lol it pushes me but was so intense! I have 21 day fix now which is ok and helping me ease back into exercise, but it's not pushing me near as much as Insanity.
