  • I'm in the same boat as you were! That's so great all the progress you've made! I think I'll try your suggestions. I tried the "cold turkey" thing and it wayyyy backfired. Especially at work where I had access to all kinds of foods. So tomorrow I'll try something different like you suggested and see how that helps me!

  • Thank you all so much!! I do eat a lot of fruit (LOVE it!). I work in a hospital cafe so I try to go for it or have a little of the refined sugar (my main problem) but I always seem to go back to it. I'll try cold turkey and see what I can do. I'll try no sweetner tomorrow also...let's see how this goes!
