Week 2 day 3 done. I struggled to get through the DVD. The suicides are still so difficult and the exercise right before kills my arms. Feeling great though!

Week 2 day 2 done. I am surprisingly not sore anymore. I also have to say I am still going strong with my eating which normally I would have had a cheat day by now. There's been a few days where I have dipped into my workout calories but other then that I have been doing awesome!

My starting weight is 171. Hoping to lose 20lbs. I haven't seen the 150's since I started dating my husband.

I did better on workout 2 today then on day 2. I used heavier weights as well! Eating is going pretty well. My sugar intake is still a bit high so I need to modify. I've been doing well with resisting the temptation to eat something I don't need!

I am right there with you. I have done a lot of yo-yo dieting. Two times in my life I have been successful with weightloss but after grad school and a baby I feel like I am just stuck. I could definitely use some friends too. I will send you a request!
