  • I have been dealing with this to. Some days I will look at the mirror and see myself as wide. It helps when I have my husband take a picture of me. Looks much different then what I see in the mirror but it really helps.

  • I'm not very good with consistent measurements but I have lost 2 lbs and about 2 inches off my hips. My clothes are fitting much better and a few pairs of my work pants are even becoming loose.

  • I fell a day behind due to not working out Wednesday I was just exhausted. I did this workout on last night (Friday) and it kicked my butt. I don't know what the deal was but I felt like I just wanted to give up. I pushed through though and did the best I could. Today I feel amazing and I am ready to conquer week 3 day 5!
  • I use 3s and 5s. I am trying to start with 5s but sometimes I have to switch out to the 3s. Tonight kicked my butt but I think i did well with the workout.
  • I struggled too with workout 3 too. The tricep dips in the crab position and some of the yoga moves. There was a few spots where I just had to pause and catch my breath for 10 seconds. Felt awesome after though!
