Hi all! I am 45, soon to be 46 and 200 pounds :( hope to lose 30 pounds, never been a skinny chick, always been chunky ;) my largest was 245 and I got down to 185 then crept up to 200 I only seem to lose weight on 1000 calories a day, and its soooo hard for me to do. wish me luck, and good luck to everyone here!!!!
