180. It's true probably 50% of the time and +/- 10 lbs probably 90% of the time. I'm 10 lbs over that right now :(

All too familiar. I love trail mix. It is sooo high calorie, so I tried to make my own somewhat lighter version, with unsweetened dehydrated fruit, no candy, not as many nuts, etc. I was bitterly disappointed when a 1 oz serving still turned out to be 244 calories. Congratulations! I also have used it before for tracking (with some success) but never bothered with the community aspect of it. I gotta say I think it makes a difference having a network of people who are in the same fight. Sending you a friend request.
