  • I flavor my yogurt sometimes ...maybe an option and freeze it like having ice lollies :)
  • There will be sometimes weeks you dont lose anything For example i am now after months of losing 2 pounds a week and 1 pound a week at a half pound a week This on purpose because i am closer to my maintenance level/goal So i set my settings to half a pound...Weeks go by and nothing really happens...ounce up ounce down etc.…

  • I also log EVERYTHING the little things add to much up and are a couple hundred of calories over a few days easily But i eat a lot of herbs and spices the cooking spray well like i said is 50 calories a day because i divided the amount of the whole spray over the days i can use it till its empty and the average was 10 days…
  • but the whole bottle is over 500 calories...they dont vaporize you eat those even if you use only one spray...now if you do a long time with a bottle oke...but me 10 days one bottle which means 50 calories a day!

  • At home i weigh everything Out i guesstimate... and you get pretty good at it when you weigh everything at home... Never accurate of course but it does the job. And also remember you might be making your deficit smaller over that day because you aren't accurate and under estimate your food...but it is that you have to eat…

  • nah ...even favorite this post because saw in other thread the OP lost 22 pounds in one month so according to me the info here is not right and she loses weight fine...even fast.

  • Chose the right entry's and check them at the usda site if you have to.
  • looked at your diary You have to start weighing everything you eat more than you thing medium carrot medium beets spoon of this or that cups etc Really your deficit is very small so you need to be far more accurate
  • weigh ALL your food on a food scale, measuring can be way off.
  • sorry OP but i am not the drama kinda person you have pain in your heart ...see a doctor chose your scared for ... I rather see a doctor than having maybe something at my heart so good luck to you see your doctor start losing weight by eating less than you burn and try to get healthy..i am sure you will find your way :)…
  • Sorry but nobody here can make you lose weight And this is the only way to start losing it. and of course like i said a doctor visit first when you have pain in your heart.....dont understand btw why you didnt do that right away. Heart pains are a serious matter
  • When your heart hurts you need a doctor And for weight loss it all starts in the kitchen..by weighing all your food on a food scale. Logging all your food and create a deficit So eat less than you burn :) dont give up try it! But sure go to a doctor first

  • well there is your problem...start using a scale really it will help so much!!! you are eating too much calories without knowing! :)
  • Most of the time calorie burns are over estimated and calories intake under estimated...which can wipe out your deficit.. But for everybody counts weight gain or stalls/plateaus is eating too much calories
  • Fixed it...to be accurate a food scale for Everything! Eat balanced! from a pizza to veggies etc etc You can eat everything as long as you eat less calories as you burn Healthy is of course to eat a balanced diet. which means you can also eat or add processed food...just moderation thats all

  • Also please remember children need their fats, protein, carbs etc That you make that choice for your self oke...( not needed for weight loss btw) But your child is still growing up and has his needs in nutrition's.

  • Yes i cook less lol As a former chef i liked to cook "complicated" Lots of more difficult recipes and condiments/add ons etc So now i stir fry more Pre-prep food ones or twice a week so i spend less time in the kitchen and still eat a very balanced diet
