  • I love to see so many women lifters on here! I'm doing circuit work at the moment so am lifting light for me. Current bench - 2x8 @ 115 I maxed out at 190 earlier this year. I've been lifting a long time though so all of you keep up the good work!
  • I think 135 lbs is pretty high for max rep. It varies so much among women. I maxed out at 190 a few months ago and a max rep at 135 I might be able to do 8-10 reps. I'm not the typical build for women though and have seen very few women at my gym even attempt to lift heavier weights. I think women could lift a lot more but…
