Hi Everyone. Been on 5x5 since June 29. Before that was doing split routines with cardio for about a year and shed 65 lbs from 270 to 205. I'm 6'1". Stopped drinking a year ago. Went from 265 to 205 in that time. I have more energy to do more things with my kids and wife. Outings every weekend and no more slouching and sleeping on the couch. No more snoring either....

I have a Fitbit one. Love it. It's accurate and helps me achieve my weight loss goals. Don't use it for sleep though. You may want to wait for Q1 2015.... Fitbit is releasing 3 new smart watches. Google Fitbit Surge.
