  • I agree with @ndj1979. I recently gained 21 pounds by adding 250 calories a day to my total calorie burn for the day. I also added core strength workouts 2/3 times a week for 30/45 minutes, ate somewhat healthier foods (lunch at Whole Foods vs. McDonalds LOL) and tried sneak in a short 20 minute job each week.
